"Awesome vacation are"

Gorgeous view, right on the water, secluded, but well connected to activities. Suitable for year round vacationing: boating/hiking/swimming, etc in summer; skiing, snowshoing, snowmachining, etc in winter.

Motorcycle Weekend, 4th of July are really the only busy times of the year. Otherwise its very quiet.

Only 2 hours from boston, 1 hour from manchester, 93 is only 20 mins away. Seacoast is 1 hour away...just perfect!
