Pearl St
"nice middle class street"
Pearl St. is a narrow, short, residential street in the central part of SF. It is middle class, safe, decent housing, but not the most upscale area. It is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants on Market St., and the public transportation available on that street. I think this would be a pleasant place to live and convenient location, and a little more affordable than much of SF.
