Payne Ave, West San Jose

I've had many futuristic dreams about this street when I drive down this way. For me this is the ideal street that I want to raise my family on. I could see myself living here after I'm married with a couple of kids in tow. The houses are all protected by large fences which give a sense of privacy and yet the yards seem spacious enough to be able to appreciate the great outdoors. The street itself always seems active so that makes it seem like a very friendly community. The road is in great condition, there are plenty of signs that say yield, neighborhood watch and other things to give my safety a piece of mind. It is set back from the fast life of San Jose but close enough to be of necessity. This street is just one of those perfect streets that I have discovered.
