Parker St, Bay O Vista

Parker Street in San Leandro, California is a street that has very nice two story houses on it. Also, it is very close to Lake Chabot and Chabot Park which are very nice and kind of gives you a taste of the country feeling. The houses are not that close together and I do not think it is a deed restricted neighborhood because the front lawns needed some work but if that's the only bad thing you can say about a street it sounds good to me. Perfect for anyone to live just depends on your taste.
