"Great neighborhood!"
Park Terrace is a wonderful area, very quiet and calm. It is a bit far from the A and 1Trains but overall a great place to look into. It doesn't feel like you are in Manhattan. Very residential, nice houses and clean streets. Beautiful parks surrounding and near Columbia University's football field.

Park Ter West
"Park Terrace West"
This street is in the park and, though it doesn’t have much to offer in the way of housing, it does have a lot in the way of fresh air. Don’t get me wrong, I like exhaust and the smell of sewage as much as the next New Yorker, but sometimes, the smell of a flower ain’t half bad. This park is a nice end to the isle and of Manhattan , and I think it’s a good spot for a day trip through the northernmost sections of the city.
