"Good connector, but that's all."

This sounds like the street you want to own property on-- "Park" and "Presidio" are descriptive and it is green and leafy. But, traffic is terrible and it is really just a good street to use to get "to" the park and the Presidio and the golf course. But, this is not the street that I would buy any property on-- commercial or residential.

"Street with Most Trees"

Park Presidio Blvd, is probably the street in San Francisco that I know of with the most grass and trees. It's kind of like a mini highway that connects the Richmond District to the Sunset District, you can get to and from the richmond and sunset really fast here. It's also connected to big parks like Mountain Lake Park and Golden Gate Park. However, not a nice place to live on, its very noisy with the traffic. Can be classified as on of the streets that never dies in San Francisco.

"A busy street in Richmond."

Park Presidio Blvd is a street that merges off from Crossover Dr. and runs through the Richmond district. This street is very scenic and has large trees on both sides. It is a pretty big street, and is generally very busy. It is used for transportation by many people traveling in the Richmond. It is close to many businesses and stores on Clement and other richmond streets. There is access to many muni buses from this street like the 44 and 31. If you live in, or are planning to live in Richmond, you will probably travel on this street.

"The fast transportation street of the Richmond district"

Park Presidio blvd. is essentially just a transportation street located in the Richmond district that spans from golden gate park to lake street. This street is very similar to sunset blvd. in the sunset district in the fact that it serves mainly as a transportation street. There are no houses on either side of the street but instead trees. On the downside, on most intersections there are cameras so you have to be very cautious driving on this street not to accidentally run a yellow light too late and be snapped. This street is overall a fast street to connect you to the marina, the Richmond district, and the sunset district.

"Park Presido; transportation central"

Park Presidio in San Francisco is a street that i travel on everyday. Park Presidio provides this urban city with many trees that fill the streets. Not only is this one of the most traveled on streets in San Francisco, but it is also close to many restaurants. Parts Park Presidio does not have paved sidewalks, but is a common area that local residents jog at. With the #28 bus line running day and night, many people use Park Presidio as a transfer site to either get to the Sunset district or to the beautiful Golden Gate Bridge. I recommend going here and looking for yourselves!

"Busy transportation street that connects the Sunset with the Richmond!"

Park Presidio Boulevard mainly serves as a hub/transportation street. It begins at the entrance of Golden Gate Park from 19th Avenue and connects to Highway 1 which leads to the Golden Gate Bridge and Marin. Park Presidio connects you from the Sunset District to the opposite part of Golden Gate Park to the Richmond district.

When driving through Park Presidio, you will notice the flora and fauna of Golden Gate Park and it is very pretty indeed. The entire street is surrounded by green with trees and flowers sprouting everywhere. Housing is located right off Park Presidio when you get past Golden Gate Park and get into the Richmond district.

Park Presidio serves mainly as a transportation street as it connects you to Marin, the Sunset, and acts as an easy access to San Francisco’s North Bay.
