Park Hill Ct, Clifton

Close to everything, has most everything, trees, flowers, excellent road conditions both summer and winter. Doesnt matter whether its from Vanderbilt clear down a few blocks to the culdesac, its a wonderful area. Would love to live here, not to many homes available when I was looking, and most were a few hundred thousand more than I could swing. Plenty of shops nearby, seafood, italian and many more. Streets are well lighted at night, and its not to scary to walk the area at night. people are out in the summer, on porches or even yaking with their neighbors, that was amazing. Traffic is light, and almost still on weekends, safe to ride bikes and rollerskate in the street as well.
