"Nice street in a run down area"

Park Ave is surprisingly a very nice street with quite a few little attractions, if it's open, I'd suggest stopping in at Cliff Bells. The fountain at Grand Circus Park is a nice little place to get away. It's kind of a short street, and has a lot of parking areas towards Woodward, but there are a few nice office complexes and stores to give it a nice touch.
