"Great place to live and raise a family"

Pacific is a quiet town approximatly 30 minutes out of Saint Louis right off of Highway 44. Pacific is know as a train town, with trains passing through almost every 15 minutes. The Meramec River also flows through Pacific. The public school district is wonderful there are many school facilities close including several Elementary buildings, Middle School, High School, and the Community School for special Ed and preschool students. If public school does not attract you there is also a private Catholic School in the city limits, St. Bridgets. During the Summer there's an annual car show and tractor show. During the summer there are usually mud runs which attract large crouds. On Highway O/First Street there is a local ice cream store Gene's Corner, several local bars, and a flower shop.
