What kind of area is Fordham Jerome Ave?

Ay, the ambiguity in most of these posts. What kinds of info do you want to know? I live relatively close by. It's one of the busiest commercial strips in the Bronx and in NYC. It is along the 4 subway line and can be noisy. It is low-income and incidents do occur, but it tends to be safer on those two main streets because people are always out. You'll never really be alone on the street there. As far as living there, it's not horrible, but there areas quite nearby that are a lot nicer.
