The Philly Fringe Festival also takes place in Old City each year. The Fringe Festival showcases Philadelphia-based artists, musicians and other talent. Over the past few years this festival has grown to be one of the premier art festivals in the city. You can find out more information about this festival by simply googling Philly Fringe Festival.

Old City has a few events in the area. One of the most popular ones is First Fridays. The first Friday of every month, all-year round, galleries open their doors for evening hours between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. It' makes for an amazing time.
