"Good for low-cost living"
I lived on this street for some time while staying with a relative. The street was quite noisy and had a lot of traffic and noise from the subway trains. The street seemed a little dirty and poorly-maintained. However, it is close to subway stations and basic retail stores. The rents here have a reputation for being affordable, so many working singles and students choose to live here. There is a problem with roaches in some of the buildings around. The neighbors did not seem friendly.
