"Great lakeshore living"

Oak Hollow Ct., located in Norton Shores Michigan, is part of a network of cul-de-sacs carved into the wooded dunes along one of the finest Lake Michigan shorelines. The neighborhood is partially wooded affording unusual privacy for a residential neighborhood. Traffic is generally local-only offering safe walking and biking throughout the area. A beautiful, semi-private Lake Michigan beach is a very short walk away. The neighborhood is also adjacent to a 76,000 predominately wooded city park, offering excellent hiking through the wooded dunes, fishing on Lake Michigan and Mona Lake, boating and swimming. Area residents also use the dunes for sledding and snowboarding during winter months. All of this is within easy walking distance of Oak Hollow Ct.

The area is very safe and quiet. The homes are generally upscale, with values ranging from $250,000 to $400,000. Homes and yards are well maintained and irrigation systems are common. Residents range from young families with young children to retirees.

The school system is excellent and offers a particularly wide range of opportunities for fine arts. State test scores are well above average and a full range of competitive athletic teams is available.

Norton Shores is just south of Muskegon, Michigan - a small town with an unusual range of social activities for its size. There are 5 major lakes and a number of rivers and streams within a 20 minute drive with excellent fishing and boating. Grand Haven is only 15 minutes south, and the "big city" activities of Grand Rapids are only 40 minutes away. Both Chicago and Detroit are only a 3 hour drive, and the golf and ski areas of Traverse City are 2 1/2 hours north.

In short, Oak Hollow Ct. in Norton Shores is a paradise oasis in west Michigan and we wouldn't trade it for the world.
