Norton Pkwy, West River

It is an o kay place to live. is in close proximity to some area schools. Is not to far from Southern Connecticut State Universty. It is also close to some local shopping as well. It is not the cleanest place to live. A lot of families and children live on this street. People are pretty friendly. Not to many people hanging out on the streets. Seems like there are a lot of dogs but they are all on leashes. Is close to Dixwell avenue which is one of the major streets in New Haven.
