"A great place for singles"

This area of Miami is full of apartments, condos and high rises. The area is a little bit run down in places, and can be downright scary if you make a wrong turn somewhere in the area. It is close to the airport from this street, and a few minutes' drive to Biscayne Island. It is a great place for singles to live, but I wouldn't recommend it for families or retirees.
