"Friendly and Quiet"
Street is very quiet with little to no traffic. (Cul de sac) The neighborhood is very safe, but there were a few break ins a couple of years back. Neighbors are friendly and you see a lot of families out with their kids on a warm day.
Access to Shopping is excellent. There is a movie theater within walking distance. You can get to 152 highway in less than a minutes drive, 435 within a couple of minutes, and I-35 within 5. So, you can get around the Metro area very quickly.
There is still a lot of nature surrounding the neighborhood. It is not uncommon to find deer cautiously trekking through your backyard. On a nice summer evening, you can hear lots of crickets chirping away.
All in all, a very nice street with a lot going for it.
