"A nice street with a park nearby"
This street is absolutely charming, especially for Seattle. The street is tree lined on one side with houses on the other side. Most of the homes are renovated charmers that are quite the commodity in Seattle. The main reason I like this street and neighborhood is because of Ravenna Park. This little park is about a half mile of wooded area or ravine that is a popular area to hike, jog, or picnic. In fact there are two picnic areas that I have been to that are absolutely wonderful. It is really nice to have a park in the neighborhood especially if you have younger children. The park has a play area and even a wading pool.

"Historical Craftsmens Along an Urban Park"
I lived here on NE 62nd by the corner of 15th. That’s right where the trails system that links Ravenna and Cowen Parks. It’s a beautiful residential street with one side lined with historical 1920s Craftsmen homes and the other side lined by a ravine containing trails. It’s a short walk to University Village and a short walk to the shops on University Ave. It’s a quite neighborhood but it’s close to bus routes and close to UW without being in the Greek “Party Zone.”

"Historic Craftsman Bungalows Overlooking a Raveen"
This street is absolutely picture perfect. One side of the street is lined with well-kept (or totally restored) Craftsman-style bungalows from the early 1900's, and what makes the street truly special is that the other side is not lined with other houses. Adding to the sense of intimacy the opposite side of the street is the lovely Ravenna Raveen park. Living on the street are well-to-do families and retirees.
