"Nice community street, great district"

Near Alberta Arts, Fremont, and the new 42nd business district, NE 40th is a great place for shopping. But the community is pleasant as well, nice people, a good mix of folks who've lived in the area forever and younger people moving in. Generally, things are kept up pretty well also.
