"Definate artsy area"

About five minutes from downtown, 19th Street is in an artsy area of Miami. While it was not always the greatest place to visit, it has improved a little bit in the last few years. One place known on the street is the Temple Israel. Even if you are not of the Jewish faith, I would recommend checking out the place just for the beauty of it alone. They even have a gift shop and classes.
