Overall Rosebank Lane has a great feel to it. It’s fantastic all year round with green trees combined with modern style architecture. Neighbors are often seen walking, jogging and socializing or gathering with the children for a weekend BBQ. Rosebank Lane is a real find in Providence Springs and has retained all original owners except one since 1999 when built! I’m sure most would find very hard to beat the neighbors or the neighborhood in general.
