North Van Buren St, Yankee Hill

N Van Buren is usually a fairly busy street. When I visited, it was quite congested, as they were filling potholes. I'm not sure if they are still working on the street or not. There are a lot of pedestrians around, as a parking ramp isn't too far from here, and it links to two of the major streets that leave the city. There are always (ALWAYS!) cars parked along the sides, so be careful of people entering & exiting their vehicles.
