North Spruce St, Riverview

North Spruce Street is a nice, average street to live on. This street makes you feel like you are back in the 1950's; mostly because that is when the majority of the houses were built! Most people own their own homes on this street and the pride of ownership is apparent – average, but apparent. There are a lot of families on this street, but there is always plenty of parking available and the street is very quiet. Having said that, though, there is a high degree of auto theft in Santa Ana, so keep your car locked and close to your home!

North Spruce Street has easy access to the nearby strip mall, which features a Target and Kohl's. The Block is nearby (a short drive that takes you under the 22 freeway), which is good for your other entertainment options (bowling, more shopping, movie theaters, Dave & Busters, and plenty of restaurants).

Riverview Golf Course is nearby. It has a pretty good golfing green and a nice driving range.

The surrounding schools rate well (all the way from elementary to high school) and the neighbors seem involved in the school community. All up, it is an affordable, average place to raise your family!
