"Traffic, Airport, and Traffic"
N Military Hwy runs through most of Norfolk, skating right past the airport with access to the street from 64 and 264. Its also near Little Creek Rd, so whenever the base lets out, this road is a nightmare. It does provide access to a few parks and a nice golf course, but time out when you're driving on this road!
"N. Military Highway is not pedestrian-friendly"
N. Military Highway has a little too much going on. It's 3 and sometimes 4 lanes but it's lined with several strip malls, Military Circle Mall, and many hotels. This makes for a lot of people entering the highway in side entrances from stores and not from intersections. It's easy to get in an accident if you're not paying attention and it's not very pedestrian friendly. It's not located in one of Norfolk's best neighborhoods either.

"Alot to do but it is a very busy street "
Military Hwy is a busy busy and may I say again a busy street. It goes through Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. There are various shops, malls, parks and other forms of entertainment. The area is kind of going down but for shopping it is great. It will take you about an hour or longer to get through rush hour traffic and that is a good day.
