"2600 Block on Hubbard St"

2600 block of Hubbard St is occupied by mostly home owners and some families have owned these property for over 50 years. We are a very friendly neighborhood, I personally have grown up on this block and have been inside of every home on the block at one time or another.
There is a lack for activities for little people. We lost the park and swimming pool years ago when the city sold it. It's now a private school, and is fenced off from the public. The closest playground is Holmes Elementary School. It about 4 blocks away.
We have a block party every summer, and we get a lot of foot traffic from other blocks, due to a corner store on Palmer & Center Streets.
Overall we look out for each other on this block, We know each other and we talk often.
