"On the cusp of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood"

This is a widely residential area, with modest homes ranging in the millions. Don't park on the neighborhood streets, because chances are you need a pass. Lots to see and do within walking distance, but don't even bother on Halloween, or you'll spend hours just trying to get to the highway.
