"Commercial Artery with Undeveloped Real Estate"
Collins St north of Interstate 30 in Arlington,Tx is an commercial area dense with retail establishments, car dealerships and the many businesses that support the multi-dwelling community that surrounds it, As Collins crosses Green Oaks Blvd it begins a stretch of undeveloped real estate. The area is clean and well kept, and shows the prospect of future development. Collins continues then to Trinity Blvd where it changes to Industrial Blvd and continues northward.
"RUn down and not pretty"
When my brother lived here the area was not the best. Everything was run down and old. Streets were dirty and there was not a police presence so I did not feel very safe. Hopefully with the new stadium they are building things will get better for this area, but for now it is not pretty.
