Best spot for reduced train noise?

Hello! I am considering moving to the Blue Ridge neighborhood. I love the beautiful views and how calm it feels while still being close to everything. Plus, it seems like a wonderful community. I am a very light sleeper, though, and I'm concerned about train noise. Can anyone give me any guidelines on whether or not there are any particular pockets or areas where the train noise is very quiet or nonexistent? I've heard from various realtors that "certain spots are noisier and certain spots are quieter" but I'm hoping for more specifics. Obviously, a house right on the water and next to the tracks will get more noise. But any tips if I'm looking for a house further from the tracks but still with the views? Thanks in advance for any help!
