North 52nd St, East Phoenix

This portion of 52nd St is characterized by older, run-down businesses and homes, with a few newer shiopping centers sprawled throughout. There doesn't seem to be a lot of attention paid in regards to keeping the streets looking nice, they are clean from trash, but there is a lot of grafetti on closed businesses and bus stations. Public bus lines run through the area and go down Tempe and east to south Scottsdale which both offer a lot more options as far as shopping, eating and entertainment.
