"Good but noisy"

Noell Avenue is filled with various small service oriented businesses and shops and places to eat. I think that this is a nice area to live, though the heavy traffic from the New England Trailway makes this a noisy street. If you're looking to move to the Bronx, this area could be considered, but it is by no means the most attractive or dynamic street in the neighborhood.
