"Beautiful, low key neighborhood"

Newton Street is in the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn. This is close to Queens, and has several convenient train stops for easy commutes to Manhattan or Queens. This is a really nice neighborhood with lots of older homes, nice restaurants, and upscale shopping. It is not as well known as some areas of Brooklyn so is not quite as expensive, but still desirable. There are a lot of nice parks in the neighborhood.
