Kneeland Avenue is in a lovely neighborhood in Yonkers NY. It is close to all that city has to offer and within walking distance of some public transportation however potential residents should be advised that there is a need for a car in the area. The one downfall of Kneeland is that it is located on the same street as one of the city's public high schools and thus it can become a traffic issue and a noise issue during school hours. When school is out though it's gorgeous and the scenery offers residents serenity and calm. The high school has a track that is opened to residents after school hours and many enjoy jogging, running and walking on the well-kept field.
