West 27th Street is mainly an alley, but there you will fin one of New York City's swankiest night clubs, The Pink Elephant. The Place is huge and blocked by the ominous velvet rope, but there might be a celebrity sighting or two. There were people on Bongos walking through the dance floor, which was strange, but added to the already unique experience.

West 27th Street is close to the following metro stations: A, C, E, L at 34th Street, Penn Station, 1,2,3 at 28th Street, an the B,D,F,N, J, R, N, W at 34th Street & Herald Square, 6 at 28th. It is also accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is light, and it is a good neighborhood for all club goers.
