Nouveau Street For Those Looking For A Change!

East 19th street is also in Stuyvesant town and is another favorite. There is a lot of available real estate for those of you who are looking to move downtown and there is a fresh vibe. I liked its generally accessibility and the fun stores and restaurants I found. Friend Of A Farmer is a nouveau organic restaurant and was filled with hippies of all ages, while Angelo and Maxie’s Steakhouse has a wonderful menu and delicious steak at reasonable prices.

East 19th street is close to the following metro station: L, 3rd avenue , and is accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is heavy and it is a good neighborhood for young people .

Pay a lot, but you get a lot

This street is one of the higher priced streets to live on in New York City, but it is also one of the nicest, safest, friendliest, interesting streets to live on or to visit. When you come here you get a sense of comfort and wealth from the moment you arrive. The people here are very kind, and if you are a lost tourist, they have no problem giving you directions and giving you tips on where the best shopping and places to eat are located. When I'm finished with school there is no place I'd rather be able to live than right here.

The greatest little spot in all of NYC

Living in Gramercy Park is like living in an oasis in the chaos that is Manhattan. We have all of the great restaurants on Irving St, it's not cheap, we're paying about $4k per month for a 2 bedroom but I love the feeling you get, and I can walk my dogs without a care in the world!
