"The Brewery District"
Up and coming this area sports great views, walking distance to main transportation hub, quiet evenings, walk to hot spots and museums. South down town has had huge changes in the last 10 years. Now the lowest crime area in the south sound properties are looking much more interesting. I love the great access to I5 and town. Close two two dog parks, University of Washington Tacoma, Hospitals, or anything else needed you can walk or drive to in 3 to 10 minutes. 15 minutes to Joint base Lewis Mc Cord.
