"Recently transformed street"
Just a few years ago, Nett consisted mostly of lower income, single family homes. Only a few of those older homes remain today. Poorly constructed, over-priced townhomes have gone up in their place. The surrounding neighborhood has transformed as well. There are many great restaurants near by, such as Catalan, Max's Wine Dive, The Daily Grind, SOMA Sushi, and El Tiemp just to name a few. There are also lots of new bars and clubs in the neighborhood. It's also an easy commute to downtown. It's a bike ride away from Memorial Park.
