It's kind of in the middle. I, personally, wouldn't want to live there with kids because I think it's too busy, transportation is mediocre and I don't think it's the prettiest or greenest part of town. But, a lot of people like it there because it's a bit slower paced. It's mostly older people with families so there aren't a lot of hooligans falling out of bars all hours of the night.
