What is the average home price in Mount Davidson Manor, San Francisco?

There are only a handful of homes for sale there right now, but from this small sample it looks like the average price is around $1 million for a home. (There is an apartment for $450K on Ocean but that is not the typical dwelling in this neighborhood.)
