Living in the Mount Davidson Manor neighborhood of San Francisco - whats it like?

Living in the Mount Davidson Manor neighborhood of San Francisco is actaully pretty great. Beautiful ealy 20th century manors, great views of the ocean and a relatively easy commute into the city. So long as you can afford it, it is great.
