"Tree lined older neighborhood with apartments."

This street goes through several transformations. At times it has beautiful tree lined streets with side walks and lovely homes. At other times it has older, sometimes slightly run down apartment buildings. In general it seems like a nice neighborhood with a lot of neighborhood pride. The location is excellent, especially when you consider it is near the Denver City Park and a couple of excellent hospitals such as Mercy Medical Center and others. Close to everything that you will need such as good schools, entertainment and restaurants. This street is just on the outskirts on a very excellent neighborhood so I think that it has a lot of potential.
