"Missouri Court - pretty much a dump"

Missouri Court in Liberty is a small road running parallel to Rt. 291. It consists of: a very small garden store, a self-service car wash, and Jefferson Park Apartments, which is rather run down. Half of the road is not properly paved; it's just an oil/gravel mixture, and it has no yellow line. The road ends at a cul de sac in front of the apartments, and it's only redeeming quality is this: at the end of the cul de sac is a small trail that is park of the Lewis and Clark Trail. This part of the trail is perhaps 1/4 of a mile long, and has a small stream on either side of it. It would be a very nice walking trail, but unfortunately there is a fair amount of litter lying around, taking away from the scenery. Behind the apartment complex is a train track. Between the trains (which run maybe twice an hour) and the traffic from Rt. 291, it's somewhat noisy. The only other positive thing I can say is that Liberty is a nice town, and living off of Missouri Court is a cheap way to enjoy the amenities that Liberty offers. But this is one of the worst roads in the town of Liberty.
