Where are the best public tennis courts in the Twin Cities that aren't always booked?

I love playing tennis at Kenwood, but it always seems like the courts are full. I'm wondering where else they have nice and/or newer courts that aren't always being used.

The courts at Kenwood are great, but they are busy! Lone Lake Park in Minnetonka have great courts, and I also like Augsburg park in Richfield.
