"very short court, near Willie Stargell"

Matson Lane is a very short courtyard, I would barely call it a street. It backs up to Willie Stargell Ave, which at times can have noisy traffic. The few homes on this street are nice and new, but a bit boring and identical in style. This is a nice and safe neighborhood, in a good school district and convenient to the college.
