Best Neighborhood in North Kingstown

Great neighbors. Everybody looks out for everyone and is always supportive of each other. There is only one way into the neighborhood and out so it is very safe with no traffic.

Cataumet CityGuide

Cataumet is not a city - or a town - but a village...a hamlet...a nice little place to be. Our office is right on 28A, which is easily accessible for clients coming from over the Bourne Bridge from Boston, down Route 6 from Hyannis, 151 from Mashpee, and 28 from Falmouth.

Route 28A has very little traffic during the off-season on the Cape - but pretty much quadruples in the peak season of the summer with tourism. It can be quite dangerous as people are not paying attention and go way too fast - especially big trucks.

It is a one lane mini highway, with quite a few places to eat, drink and get things without having to go into crowded Falmouth or elsewhere.

What isn't so great is that there is no rural route, meaning we have to have a P.O. Box for USPS, and FedEx comes to our physical address- which really screws people up all the time, unfortunately. I guess if you look on the bright side, I guess that it is good in the fact no one will come by with a baseball bat and knock off our mailbox because we don;t have one.
