"Great up and coming aria"

Great up and coming aria! The Highway is right down the street so it can be a bit noisy if you are on the end of the street that is near the highway other than that it is quiet street. It is a developing street with new shopping complex. Beautiful aria close to shopping and entertainment, I see this neighborhood growing in all the right ways.
