"Charming enclave near downtown and Old Colorado City"
Marlstone Place is in the Mesa Heights subdivision, a quiet westside neighborhood of mid-90's houses conveniently located near downtown, Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods. It has easy access to hiking trails and the Hwy 24 gateway to the mountains. The houses are well kept and modern. We haven't had a significant negative issue since moving here 5 years ago.
