"Takes you to the San Leandro Marina on the bay."

Marina Boulevard is residential in some areas and light industrial in other areas. Take this street down to Monarch Bay Drive to reach the San Leandro Marina. The homes are a bit older and some are in disrepair. This is definitely an up and coming neighborhood with its location on the bay.
