"Street with variety for all tastes"
Maple has different personalities in different sections—from surburban sprawl, to established residential neighborhoods, to schools (K-12 and UB) and hospitals. It is always high energy, with moderate to heavy traffic, especially around the holidays when people are shopping at the various plazas and at Boulevard Mall. It’s very well kept in the winter—usually down to dry pavement when other streets have yet to see a plow. Many of the older homes like the one I grew up in are set back from the street with larger yards, so they’d be good for raising kids or for outdoor pets. There are also some apartments and townhouses that look like they cater to professionals. You can find a section of Maple that fits your needs, no matter who you are.
