"Can be dangerous at night, beware"

Mansell street is located on a hill off of San Bruno Ave. This hill can get pretty steep and can be a pain when walking up. That’s why taking the 29 bus is perfect. It runs right by the High school, Burton. The street goes up the hill and goes through McLaren Park and ends up in the Excelsior. It can be pretty dangerous if you’re by yourself at night especially in John Mclaren Park, which I find pretty scary at night. It has access to many stores and businesses down at San Bruno. It would be an OK place to reside.

"Good and Bad"

This street consists of a series of steep hills. There are mostly houses on the street and a few apartments. It is a great place for exercise because of the hills, but it would not be the ideal place for a person that cannot withstand a long duration of walking. This street is near a school too, Phillip and Sala Burton. There are times when houses near this school are marked with spray paint, and it would not be a ideal place for children to play. There is a lot of security around this street because of conflicts in or out of the school, but this neighborhood is safe the majority of the time. This street leads to John McLaren Park, it is not very safe for individuals because of reported muggings, but it is mostly safe for those in groups when the sun is still out. Overall, the street is an okay place to live.
