Wi-Fi cell service coming to NYC subway

Its coming, its coming Chelsea subway station platform the first to get wi-fi cell service.. good idea or bad?

It's terrible because I should be able to live without my phone for a little subway ride . .. but, I kinda like the idea.

@JenMac maybe I am a very paranoid soul but when the trains get stuck underground I really panic so I do like this idea..

@uptown: that's a really good point. It would be terrifying to get stuck in a train and have no way of contacting anyone.
