Does the naked cowboy have a case?

NYC's beloved (!) Naked Cowboy of Times Square is suing CBS for allegedly ripping him off in its promos for the Bold and the Beautiful.

Does the guy have a case? doesn't it take time, money and effort to go to court?

It sounds like he files lawsuits often? As if he's really original in his cowboy garb...

Oh good grief. I'm sure he believes one of these days the lawsuit will stick and he'll hit the jackpot.

@uptowngirl Probably he doesn't need to pay a lawyer - he's done it often enough that he knows the schtick by heart. And as for time, what else does he have to do? This is a guy who spends his days in his underwear, I guess he needs to fill up the winter days somehow.

Has anyone ever patronized him. What, exactly, does he do?

@JenMac to be honest I have never really seen him!

Apparently there's a guitar involved - perhaps some singing?

I am sitting in Chinatown listening to the sound of drumming. Perhaps this is some Chinatown Oscar night ritual.

@Uraniumfish the drumming usually feature as a part of the lion dances may be there is a celebration of some sort in Chinatown

I've noticed there's drumming at the opening of new stores, that's a pretty frequent occurrence.

I've seen the Naked Cowboy! And I've got to say, I do rather wonder what he really does all day! Does he get money off tourists? Wandering around NY naked in December or January does not sound like my idea of a fun job.
